This is modeled after my recent fights with Aetna regarding my youngest son's knee injury this Spring. They finally approved the MRI after seeing two different doctors. After all was said and done they sent me a letter stating "This injury appears to be a pre-existing condition. Therefore, according to the pre-existing condition limitation in your plan these claims will be unpaid." I was so mad! The boy has never injured his knee before so I couldn't imagine why the believed this was a pre-existing condition. The doctor and I both wrote letters and now they are re-evaluating the claim. I hate insurance companies. Thus, this stamp.

Insurance companies SUCK. especially Aetna!

My sister's having similar issues, with Blue Cross I think...:shrug: Her youngest, my nephew Matt who's only 3, since moving has developed ashtma and allergies...he needs his tonsils out and the doctor's office is warning her that the insurance might clasify it as a pre-existing and not cover it...she's so mad!! :X

It seems that every year the insurance companies try and make it that much more difficult to file a claim. Bastards!
